Compared to the overall inflation rate of 1.43% during this same period, car parts inflation was lower.
In the year 2008: Pricing changed by 5.56%, significantly above the average yearly change for car parts during the 2008-2017 time period. Compared to overall inflation for all items in 2008 (3.70%), price inflation for car parts was higher.
